초병
주정 문화와 더불어 발전한 식초 제조에 사용된 옹기이다. 식초병은 신 막걸리를 추가 발효시켜 식초를 만드는 도구로,
높이 약 30cm 정도의 앵병 모양이며 어깨에 주구를 달아 숙성된 식초를 쉽게 따를 수 있도록 제작되었다.
Cho-byeong (Vinegar Storage Pottery)
A pottery used in vinegar production, developed alongside traditional alcohol brewing.
The jar ferments rice wine further into vinegar and is shaped like a flask about 30 cm tall,
with a spout on the shoulder for easy pouring of matured vinegar.
